The short version: your business data stays on your device. We don't have a server that collects it, we don't run analytics or tracking, and we don't sell anything about you to anyone.

Everything you enter — deals, invoices, contracts, scripts, shoot plans, rates, content plans, your business and payment details, your logo and signature — is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. It is not sent to us. We cannot see it.
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking software. We do not build a profile of you and there is no advertising identifier in use.
The Ask feature answers questions about your business using Apple's on-device intelligence. A summary of your tracker is built and processed on your device to produce the answer. It is not sent to us or to a third party.
If you're signed into iCloud, your tracker syncs between your own devices through your personal, private iCloud database. We cannot access it — only your Apple ID can. Apple processes this data under Apple's own privacy policy. Signing out of iCloud keeps everything working on-device only.
If you turn on the app lock, authentication is handled entirely by iOS. The app never sees your face or fingerprint data — only a yes/no result.
You may enter details about brands and clients (names, emails, addresses). That information also stays on your device. You are responsible for handling other people's information lawfully; the app is simply your private notebook.
When paid membership is available, payment is handled by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your card details. Apple may share limited, mostly anonymised sales and subscription information with us so we can run the business. Apple's own privacy policy governs that processing.
Because your data lives on your device, you are always in control of it. You can export it (More → Your data → Export CSV) and delete it (delete items, or reset the app). If we ever hold anything about you — such as support emails — you can ask for a copy or its deletion at the address above.
The app is for people running a business and is not directed at children.
The contract, invoice, rate card, tax and other tools are professionally considered starting points, not legal, financial or tax advice. You are responsible for your own contracts, invoices, tax affairs and decisions. For anything significant, take professional advice. Figures the app shows (such as suggested rates or tax to set aside) are guides only.
The Framework teaches a process. It does not promise any particular income or result. What you earn depends on your work.
Some features require a paid membership. When available, subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel, which you can do any time in your App Store account settings, up to 24 hours before the next renewal. Managing and cancelling subscriptions is handled by Apple. Statutory cancellation rights apply where relevant.
Everything you create in the app is yours; we claim no ownership of your scripts, plans, invoices or client information. The app, its design, wordmark and templates are owned by UGCBYJOE and protected by law.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its templates. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. These terms and this policy are governed by the law of England and Wales.
