What format is it?
A single HTML file you open in your web browser on a computer (Mac or Windows, Chrome or Safari). Customise it there, then Save as PDF to send. Works offline, forever, no account needed.
Can I use it on my phone?
Use it on a laptop or desktop for now. That’s where the editing and Save-as-PDF work properly. iPhones open a downloaded file in a limited preview that blocks the editing buttons. A phone-friendly version you open straight from a link is on the way.
Can I reuse it?
Yes, endlessly. Your branding and recurring details save automatically, so the second use takes a minute.
Is it legal advice?
No. Templates are provided as-is and aren’t legal advice; for high-value or unusual agreements take independent advice. Written for the UK (England & Wales).
Refunds?
Because it’s an instant digital download, refunds can’t be offered once the download begins. If a file is faulty, email me and I’ll fix it.
